MHS Key Profile Measurement

The key profile measurement is carried out by means of two laser triangulation sensors. The product is measured in three measuring runs with different product inclination angles to ensure complete profile recording.

Recesses and bending angles of the profile can be measured. All recesses of the profile surface can be evaluated by means of a camera using the method. All profile shapes and bending angles are measurable by means of the rotary combination with laser sensors.
